1. Independent Research Disclaimer

PUNJAB 2027 MAHAPOL is an independent electoral research and public-opinion analytics initiative conducted by TOP Analytica. This platform is strictly a private data-modeling enterprise and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with the Election Commission of India (ECI), any government body, or any political party.

2. Eligibility and Explicit Consent

Participation in this survey is entirely voluntary. By submitting your responses, you declare that you are a citizen of India and are 18 years of age or older. By proceeding, you provide explicit consent to TOP Analytica to process your survey inputs for statistical modeling and public opinion research.

3. Data Privacy & DPDP Act 2023 Compliance

We are committed to safeguarding your privacy in strict accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023.

• Anonymization: All collected data is subjected to immediate anonymization and aggregation.
• Purpose Limitation: Data is utilized exclusively for regional demographic tracking, constituency-level assessments, and statistical forecasting.
• Confidentiality: No Personally Identifiable Information (PII), such as names or phone numbers, will ever be sold to third parties or publicly linked to individual political preferences.

4. Electoral Integrity & Compliance (RPA 1951)

This platform strictly adheres to the guidelines set forth by the Election Commission of India and the Representation of the People Act, 1951. In compliance with Section 126 and 126A of the Act, TOP Analytica reserves the right to suspend the display of live data, opinion polls, or exit poll forecasts during the legally mandated embargo periods prior to and during the election phases.

5. Prohibited Conduct & IT Act 2000

To maintain the highest standards of data integrity, the use of automated bots, scripts, VPN spoofing, or false identities to manipulate survey results is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized access, data scraping, or attempts to tamper with the platform's infrastructure will be treated as a cyber offense under Section 43 and Section 66 of the Information Technology Act, 2000, leading to immediate legal prosecution.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The proprietary algorithms, data models, questionnaire architecture, UI/UX components, and overall research methodology deployed on this platform are the exclusive intellectual property of TOP Analytica. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or reverse-engineering of our analytics framework is a violation of the Copyright Act, 1957, and relevant trademark laws.
